DAILY SAFETY BRIEFING

Thursday — Manual Handling — Cable Drums & Materials

↔MANUAL HANDLING
PLAN • USE AIDS • ASK FOR HELP

Today's safety briefing

Plan the route and assess the load before moving cable drums, distribution boards, trunking or containment. Use trolleys, drum jacks, lifting aids or team lifts where appropriate. Avoid twisting, sudden movements and lifting beyond your capability. Keep loads close to the body and ensure good footing. Secure drums against rolling and never stand in their path. Stop and ask for help if the load is awkward or heavy.
Test version: Signatures stay on this device only. No submission is sent to LBS and no supervisor dashboard is connected. Save a PDF and send it to your supervisor manually. Do not treat this as a centrally recorded attendance.

Operative Attendance & Acknowledgement

Each operative should personally sign below to acknowledge attendance at the briefing. A typed name alone is not a signature.

Open this form in a browser that supports interactive HTML. Have each operative draw their signature with a finger, then tap Save / Print PDF. In the iPhone print preview, use Share to save the PDF to Files. Keep the completed PDF in your site QA records. Entries are only kept in this open page until you close or reload it; save the PDF before leaving.

Signatures are collected locally on this device. This is a simple record template, not a verified digital-signature service. Confirm your site's document-control and attendance requirements.
